Return & Refund Policy

Thank you so much for supporting me here at Sakura Skies, you are important to me and if you are not 100% satisfied with my products I want to know! If you have any problems please let me know within 25 calendar days of your purchase so I can work with you to resolve the issue.

Need a refund? If you receive a refund. your money will be returned to you by the original payment method you used during the purchase. Credit card payments may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Something damaged? If your item is misprinted, damaged, or defective in any way please let me know within 25 days after you receive it.

Package missing? For packages lost in transit, please contact me within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so that I can track it down or replace it. 

Your satisfaction is guaranteed, if there is an error on my part I will cover it at my own expense.
